We’re all searching.
Searching for purpose, better work/life balance, greater fulfilment…
Maybe you’re stuck in a rut but don’t feel comfortable talking to friends, family or colleagues. Perhaps you’re looking to change direction in your career or tackle challenges you’re already facing. Working with a coach might be the push you need to create change.
The word ‘coaching’ has many different connotations but, rest assured, I won’t be yelling ‘come on!’ from the sidelines. I offer a more gentle, creative approach helping you access what’s already within you.

What’s it all about?
Choosing someone to guide you, based on what you read on a website can be really tricky. What is most important is finding the right fit.
Coaching isn’t therapy. But the relationship you have with your coach is unique and you should feel comfortable talking to them – whether that’s online, on the phone or in person.
Knowing what you want to get out of this relationship is crucial. Do you want to work towards applying for a new job? Be able to assert yourself or find creative outlets for the benefit of your mental health? There are numerous reasons that might have brought you here.
